I bought a SUV from Apple Ford this year. Besides having pushy salesman who kept telling me what a good deal I was getting, it appeared as a typical dealership. Then the problems started. I had a spill in my car that stained my carpets and caused my car to smell. Apple Ford did everything they could to get out of the warranty I purchased for my carpet. After much complaining, they at least gave me one of their cars to drive around in until my car got fixed. Well, that didn't last long. They were constantly calling me at work telling me I had to return the loaner car because they sold it. I switched cars with them only for this to happen again. It was such a pain to leave work in the middle of the day that I told them I didn't want another car. In the end, I was stuck paying $1,000 to get my carpets replaced. The general manager Chip was unappreciative and arrogant. I would NEVER buy anything from them again!!

DO NOT BUY FROM APPLE FORD!

We bought a 2005 E350 at the end of december of 2005. After the purchase, on the drive home, we noticed an odd noise from the engine. My dad has bought and used FORD Econolines for his work doing hardwood flooring for the past twenty years. He was a loyal customer to Ford. He returned it to the service dept. the next day, and they told him it was the noise the turbo makes. My dad insisted that it is not the turbo but they told him that he does not know what he is talking about. In november of 2007, the FORD E350, with just under 60,000 miles, the van stopped in the middle of the highway. The van would just lose power, no matter how much the accelerator was pushed, and the van eventually comes to a stop and the engine shuts off and steering wheel locks up. I have almost caused many major accidents, the worst being when I had to try and turn into an intersection, when the van lost power and steering wheel locked up. the van's front half was in the opposing lane of traffic for TEN MINUTE

Its a car dealership.

I like Apple Ford I have been dealing with them for quite some time now and have bought new and used cars from here a couple times. I really like their customer for life program with free oil changes and car washes. I have never felt like they didnt want me there or were trying to push me off onto someone else like other dealerships have done. However I am not the biggest fan of their service department if you need major surgery done on your vehicle. No one knew what was wrong with my car they would insist on certain things that were wrong with it that I knew were not ( I used to work on cars so its not just guess') And it also seemed like there was something extra that they happen to find that needed fixing. As far as pricing goes it really depends on what you are looking for, used cars seem to have a good price but some of their parts prices are questionable to me.
